Movement Two · Heraklion

Where Civilization Was Born

Walk the Palace of Knossos before the crowds arrive. Then spend an afternoon at a family winery in the hills — wine, cheese, bread and the sound of the afternoon. The Minoan world and the living Cretan world, held in balance over four unhurried days.

Athens from the Inside

Athens is not a city stop — it is a closing chapter. Your guide grew up here. She knows which neighbourhood belongs to the early morning, which rooftop belongs to the evening. You will see the Acropolis. Then you will see the city she actually lives in.
